It built in 1923, in style of German Consulate in Chongqing and in simulation of Roman architecture. The main villa is also called “Rome villa”. Together with pavilions, terraces, open halls, lakes, and flower path, the Rome villa forges a landscape style architectural complex that are magnificent, compact and beautiful. It was listed among key culture relic protection sites by the State Council in 2013.
