Welcome to
Dongyuan Well, located at Datangshan, Changtu Town, Gongjing District, is the most productive natural gas well with the longest production period. The well is a renowned low-pressure natural gas well in modern China, and an exemplar of low-pressure mining in Ziliujing natural gas field. It was drilled in 1858 A.D. (the reign of Xianfeng Emperor in the Qing Dynasty), and has steadily produced natural gas for more than 100 years. The daily output now can still reach up to 27,000 cubic meters. Up till now, it has yielded natural gas over 700 million cubic meters.
